1. Refund Policy (7-Day No-Questions-Asked)

RaptorHostify offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of initial purchase for the following services only:

  • Shared Hosting

  • Cloud Hosting

  • Off-Shore Shared Hosting

  • Off-Shore Cloud Hosting

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • VPS Hosting

  • Off-Shore VPS Hosting

  • Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals


3. Refund Abuse & Duplicate Accounts (Strict)

Refund abuse is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to obtain refunds

  • Re-ordering services after receiving a refund

  • Misrepresentation of identity or payment details

  • Excessive or suspicious refund activity

In cases of abuse:

  • Refunds will be denied

  • Services may be suspended or terminated

  • All related accounts may be permanently banned

RaptorHostify’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.


4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request service cancellation at any time by contacting:

Cancellation options:

  • Immediate Cancellation

  • End of Billing Cycle Cancellation

Cancellations do not guarantee refunds unless requested within the eligible refund period.


5. Refund Method & Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 72 business hours

  • Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment

  • Refund settlement time may vary depending on payment gateway or bank processing timelines

If the original payment method does not support refunds, the amount may be issued as account credit.


6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting RaptorHostify support.

  • Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate service suspension

  • Chargebacks raised after refunds are processed will be treated as fraudulent activity

  • Relevant service logs and policy acceptance records may be submitted to payment processors or banks

Accounts involved in chargeback abuse may be permanently terminated.


7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with services provided by RaptorHostify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India only, to the exclusion of all other courts.


8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any product or service from RaptorHostify, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
