Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RaptorHostify, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to offer a smooth and fair experience. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.


3-Day Full Refund Policy (Issue-Based)

We offer a 100% refund within 3 days of the initial purchase only if a valid issue is reported and verified. This applies to the following hosting services:

  • Shared Hosting

  • Cloud Hosting

  • Off-Shore Shared Hosting

  • Off-Shore Cloud Hosting

Important Notes:

  • You must open a support ticket within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

  • Refunds are not available after 3 days, regardless of usage, unless otherwise stated.

  • The issue must be genuine and verifiable by our technical team.


Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • VPS Hosting

  • Off-Shore VPS Hosting

  • Domain Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals


Duplicate/Multiple Accounts – No Refund

If a customer attempts to create duplicate accounts to abuse the refund policy, no refund will be issued on the new or existing accounts. We track user activity across all accounts and take such actions seriously.


Cancellation Policy

You may request service cancellation at any time. We offer two types of cancellation options:

  • Immediate Cancellation: Service is terminated as soon as the request is processed.

  • End of Billing Period Cancellation: Service remains active until the current billing period ends, then terminates.

Note: Cancellations do not qualify for refunds unless you are within the eligible refund period mentioned above.


Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 72 business hours after approval.

  • The actual time to reflect the refund depends on the payment method used.

  • Some payment methods do not support direct refunds. In such cases:

    • We will process the refund through a supported alternative method.

    • If that fails, the refund will be issued as account credit, usable for future purchases on RaptorHostify.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must:

  1. Open a support ticket within the 3-day refund window.

  2. Clearly describe the issue you’re facing.

  3. Cooperate with our technical team for verification.

Note: Refunds will not be entertained after 3 days, or if no issue is found, or if abuse is detected.
